Now that we've got that out of the way...can you see how convenient it is to a despotic authority to have a dump -that isn't them- for all the angst and rage that they've created, so as to distract simpletons and keep them in line?
Can you see how this is used to support those regimes..even while people imagine themselves to be opposing said despotic authorities?
