Two questions:

(1) Does anyone know if it's possible to increase the font sizes on an iMac without reducing screen resolution?

(2) My iMac is almost exactly 3 years old and running Mojave..  Seems to be taking a lot longer to boot. I've noticed its responses have been slowing down.  I  use CCleaner regularly, have live anti virus (Avast) and run Malwarebytes regularly.

System has  1.6Ghz Intel core i5 processor.

8GB RAM

1TB storage, with about 500GB free.
