There will eventually be a standard for impaired driving but it might take some time. Same as with alcohol.

I think this is awesome, if they can actually do it. Obviously impaired driving is not as safe and sober driving, regardless of what substance someone is using.

But to the point of the thread I'd like to see this repeated in other states where recreational cannabis use has been legalized. There's no reason to put people in jail for using a relatively harmless plant.
