We do have a standard in Washington state, but it's absolute unscientific horseshit. A medical patient (of which I am one) will fail every single time, stone cold sober.
I don't really need to drive much, so I'd refuse the test and take the automatic one year suspension. If they come up with one that actually works, I'd have no problem taking it, as I don't drive impaired.
