Probably not even that. By the sounds of it the body map in his brain has that of a woman's body but the rest of his brain is male.
That's not being a double transsexual. That concept is ludicrous. It's more like being a half transsexual, or a cisgendered man with body dysmorphia. Yet here he is claiming to be an expert on transsexuals, passing judgement on other people's lives that he himself is not able to live and making incredibly harmful comments.

Yonadav is the one who is showing buttfucking ignorance of what it means to be transsexual even though he claims to be one, which is why I am calling him out on it. He is toxic and needs dealing with.
