The information in DNA is both complex and functional proving a written code.  The genetic code was written by a Designer.   Also, the universe is fine-tuned.

God knows the future.  Time is relative.  He let Adam name the animals so that is what I mean by step back and let the creation take affect.

Yes, God knows all but He stepped back and let Adam name the animals just like He gives us free will to do many things.   Too bad so many choose evil over good.  People should be choosing Christ as savior and Lord.
