You are assuming humans are a special kind of life, how do you know different types of life could not exist had the universe worked differently ?
Sure we can point to lots of things which if they were not as they are would mean life (at least as we know it) could not exist, that though would apply to any life that evolved and it's evolution being reliant on things being as they are. I really don't think fine tuning arguments are as strong as you think they are.
Under your argument even the most destructive misery causing bacteria or disease could not exist had your god not fine tuned it to be so from the very beginning of creation.
