DNA Proves Existence of a Designer

The universe is designed perfectly for life to exist.  If any of 30 or so constants were changed, some by unimaginably small amounts of change, then life would not exist.  DNA is then further fine-tuned to the extent that it contains functional genetic digital information.

How could you possibly know if life could exist if the universe were changed or different, changed to what ?  How can you rule out other forms of life ?  Either way it still assumes that life as we see it is the only form of life that could exist and is based on the assumption that it is special in some way.  You still have to prove that DNA in some way is fine tuned (as opposed to evolved) despite a rather lengthy thread you have fallen way short of that.

This is a fallen broken world which is why there is evil, calamity, disease,...  It is due to man's first sin and every sin since in thought, word, and action.

Firstly apart from your silly book and your indoctrination you have no reason to believe that, there is no evidence that that is the case at all.  Secondly That does not answer my question, a universe fine tuned for disease under your rules is the only way deadly and harming bacteria could exist, so your god must have fine tuned bacteria for disease and harm, in other words taking an active role in human misery.

Sin (against a deity) are made up things that people used to explain why a god would do such things to the gullible  , that you believe it in this day and age though is rather silly given that humans with their science are tackling these diseases, are they overcoming the effects of sin ?

They can only correct those diseases because the Lord designed them with a mind capable of correcting such a thing.  It is not just overcoming the effects of sin, the Lord is allowing that to happen.  In this fallen world there are probably many side affects with the cures they come up for these diseases you discuss.  Which diseases are you referring to by the way?
