Yep. And some people are dead just once. It's one thing to get a little steamed in a debate and call someone an asshole or something. It's another thing to generalize a person's humanity and keep saying they are a piece of shit. Let's break down a recent example:

Talking about a possible trans person as a "creature" and as "it," and also calling him a human turd. Why does it have to be said in this way? Why not say, "I really dislike Yonadav because of the things he said. His views are strongly antithetical to mine, and I really just can't understand how someone could hold them"? Same basic idea, but not with the shit-slinging.
