If you're referring to the Dover court case, the people involved in I.D. didn't support the idea of attempting to teach I.D. in the school. They were simply called to testify. This review of the origin of life question by James Tour is quite interesting. I would highly recommend you watch it. Incidentally, James Tour is a synthetic organic chemist, specializing in nanotechnology. He's the T. T. and W. F. Chao Professor of Chemistry, Professor of Materials Science and NanoEngineering, and Professor of Computer Science at Rice University in Houston Texas.
Never even watched it .... saw the oxymoron Science and Faith .....
You know any field will have fringe elements ... and the fringe elements of science that prostitute their religion to cover their ineptitude make mega bucks .... they are charlatans
Remember they have hungry christians desperate for evidence .... any evidence ... even thinly disguised opinions plucked out of thin air

It is soooo funny! I'm familiar with this, and he's probably one of the top 30 to 50 scientists in the world in his field. He's not on the fringe. I'm blown away.... I find it incredible that you'll dismiss the guy based on nothing. This is just evidence that you're not even interested in evidence or knowledge of the facts in this area. Amazing! I look atheist stuff all the time... but you won't even watch a video. Incredible!
