 Please expand upon my attacking some one's credibility?

I am explaining/pointing out that if some one is making a statment outside of their feild of expertise then their knowledge about said subject is on par with 'Other' folk.

If two experts in a particular subject talk about something then I, for one, hope to learn something simply by listening in on their discussion.

So, CDF47. You've stated before about your own back ground, yes?

Would it be fair of me to ask you to finely detail the internal gubbins of a high-tech rocket engine? Would I expect you to be able to succinctly explain all of the minute, detailed workings of said system?

The man is highly credible based on his credentials.  It was a gut reaction on here to attack his credentials though like every other scientist that speaks out.  Then the whole ID thing got drug around again for the millionth time.

  The first part of your reply makes me question your credentials, CDF47... but lets move on.

I am NOT and have not 'Questioned his credentials'.

What I have stated, multiple times now, is that he is talking about somthing outside of his particular field of knowledge.

It is this point that yourself CDF47 and G G seem to want avoid actually replying to or talking about when ever I ask or bring up an example.

G G is now conflating abiogenesis with evolution.

Once some one starts using this kind of language... well the reader is left with only a few choices as to the reason for such confusion.

But we'll let G G reply again in thread and else where to see where such speculation may lead.
