Well obviously, if you just reach down and grab someone crotch without permission.
But if you’re both into each other and you’re progressing towards sex then it seems like something you should tell someone maybe? I’m not sure. Surprising as it may be, I’m not typically one to just have sex with a random stranger so I’m not sure what the protocol should be.
In typical relationships communication and honesty are important. I guess if you’re about to have sex with a stranger and you know you’re against having sex with a trans person, it might be up to you to ask. But definitely if you do take the initiative to ask and they lie, that would for sure be wrong. If you don’t ask and they don’t tell you...that’s iffy, I feel like they should tell you but I’m not sure if it’s morally wrong if they don’t.
