Murdering babies is sickening and illegal, but fetuses are not babies.

So you are lying to make your argument black and white.  No one can argue with someone who is willing to lie to win.

Why do so many Christians think it's okay to lie to win arguments?

I did not lie.  I don't mind saying the fetus instead of the word baby.  My points stand as I stated though.

Okay, then here's the problem with falling back on saying "fetuses" instead of "babies": at that point you are saying humans have souls at conception (a religious idea) and you are okay with forcing your religious beliefs on others through legislation.

Edit: But perhaps I should have said "embryos" instead of "fetuses" -- same problem though.
