2. A man and woman meet in a bar and have a discussion. They later decide to go to her/his room and proceed to have sex and man gives the woman an agreed amount of money for the sex. Illegal in most states.
Does this make any sense at all? If it were legal we could free up many police persons to actually spend their time on arresting real criminals.
