But I can't take use my pack of smokes to murder 9 people in less than 9 seconds. I cant bust out a window 32 stories up, and murder over 50 people at a concert. with a pack of cigarettes.

Just like there is no such thing as a "High capacity video game"

There is such a thing as ease of access.

Should people not smoke? NO FUCKING SHIT!
But that does not mean anyone should have to fear having their brains/guts blown out for merely going shopping, to a movie, to a concert, to work, to school or to a house of worship.
And if you must know, I wish we did with tobacco and alcohol what Australia does. They don't have their tobacco adds in stores. They have nondescript drawers with no logos on them, just numbers. And they don't plaster tobacco adds where kids can see them. And with alcohol they don't have ABC stores, but all alcohol, beer and whine included, are sold in private shops separate from grocery stores where kids can see it.
And they also still sell firearms but they simply don't make them like candy or hand them out like candy. Just like we should not sell tobacco or alcohol to kids. Not everyone needs a firearm, nor should have a firearm. Just like it is legal to sell alcohol, but drinking and driving is illegal, and we don't sell booze to 5 year olds.
REGULATIONS are not bans. DUMBASS!
