See if you can get into a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy group for depression. It did me wonders.
Do you mean you have to reapply for a year? Like I said I feel like I know people who have been on disability for several years. Maybe Im mistaken.

Certainly. I have major depressive disorder, GA, chronic insomnia, PTSD, etc.
Sick of being told it "isnt real" or i "just dont care." I need relief, champ. And drug abuse hasnt exactly helped me a whole lot.
