Three artists’ takes on the same theme: the second-biggest warlord in history (possibly the first if you consider that the WW2 wasn’t entirely Hitler’s doing and there was still a Pacific front), Genghis/Chinggis Khan.

Full disclosure, I decided to do this because, by quirks of my music queue, I played two albums with songs about Chinggis Khan in the span of 24 hours and Dad noticed it.
And since it turns out this is the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, here’s David Gilmour singing a song about it, on the site where the domino effect that resulted in the fall of the Iron Curtain really started going (the Gdańsk shipyard):
