Found out yesterday there is a whole collection of 'Boss Lady' gifts on Amazon if you are looking for a desk name plate or mug for yours.
I once bought my wife a desk sign that read 'She Who Must Be Obeyed'. She liked it so much, she keeps it on her desk at her shop. Since it isn't in the house, I tried to make the case that it doesn't apply to me. Her response was, 'Oh, that's adorable!'
