The woman I usually deal with over insurance issues for work is out for a time for medical reasons.  Almost all our interactions are via email.  In her absence the person I have to deal with ends every email with a Bible verse.  Normally I would skim right over stuff like that but since this person uses ENORMOUS font for the verse there is no scanning past it unnoticed.  I will be glad when the other lady gets better and is able to handle our account again.

Having lived in the south for so many years the 'have a blessed day' thing doesn't really bother me but I don't like the billboard sized Bible verses in every email.

This would piss me off and I probably wouldn’t be able to let it go.

I would reply back with the quote from Douglas Adams about god disappearing in a puff of life logic.

In a slughtly larger font and bolded.

I'm old.  I need this part time gig and the other woman should be back to work soon.  I will grit my teeth and mutter bad words under my breath for now.  

I may throw in some pagan-y happy holidays in a cool font and lots of colors or maybe in the Jewish blue/white/silver color scheme - perhaps with a Star of David.
