All holy books assume God exists already, nobody on Earth questioned that at the time of Muhammad, let alone Jesus, in the case of the Qur'an only one verse talks about doubting his existence. Therefore they have zero credibility to someone who doesn't believe in God, even if we establish they are absolutely miraculous.
