Of course it is. Just because we are intelligent enough to make and use tools does not make it any less natural. Survival of the fittest, anything goes. Where is Neanderthal man or the Cro-Magnon? As I said in an earlier post in another thread, even today we are committing genocide. Aboriginal tribes are scarce and becoming more scarce.
It is nice to believe in Utopia (and kudos to anyone that does) but, unfortunately, that is fodder for dreams (or theists). We are what we are and we are life. Life is aggressive. That is what makes life work. Reality is a bitch.
