How many times do Republicans 'reach across the isle' or compromise? Or, rather, what's the ratio of Republicans reaching across the isle when compared with Democrats? Why is it only people who aren't Republicans who should compromise? Republicans always fight Democrats. They never just 'roll over' and admit defeat at the first hurdle, like many Democrats do, do they?
Should people try and find a middle ground with people who think global warming is a Chinese hoax? Or with people who think building a big ol' wall is the solution to America's crime problem? For a lot of issues, one side is clearly wrong and another side is clearly right, and when one side is obviously wrong there should be no compromise. Why do people insist we need to negotiate with people who are determined to destroy all of human existence?
