Quite wrong again Adrian. I can claim , I believe ( since I work within the criminal justice system ) to know a bit more than you or the other philistine about how it functions. I won't repeat myself on the outcome of the case...read it again yourself and then argue with me if you want to.
I acknowledge chucking a brick through a window is a crime, but as I have said previously on this forum, some crimes are " excusable " and even justified. If I chose to lob one through a window of a racist displaying a golliwog , then I would know the risk I was running. The woman in this case clearly didn't expect what happened to her as a result of the item being in her widow and a black neighbour living next door.
