When a certain country decides to decorate and fix its international reputation; it is possible to do so by paying money to certain companies that fix the reputation for that country.
It is called "Public Relations", and in common english it is called "whitewashing". A killing psychopath can turn into a peaceful lamb in the eyes of the people with the power of PR companies.
But let's take a journey to Saudi Arabia, to find out that it launched a global PR campaign to face and change the negative media reports leaking about the smell of death and tyranny being carried out by its royal family ruling the kingdom:

So if you ever heard something "nice" about that place; it is probably a lie told by a PR company to fool you.
The latest case of Jamal Kashoggi's murder is an example for the kingdom's dealing with opposing voices; matter in fact no PR company can whitewash a monster.
The headline above is from 2017.
The free people of the world need to move against this tyranny once and for all.
