Well, this should be easy enough to debunk. Not only are there no verified incidents of this happening, but the consumption of blood is strictly forbidden by the Torah, even if it's of an animal like a cow:

And when shit like this is easily searchable (and there's about 100 verses concerning the topic in the Bible), THERE IS NO EXCUSE. Especially when Jehovah's Witnesses are notorious for using the exact same verses to justify their refusal to do blood transfusions.
I know that there are some Mosaic laws that have some loopholes, like the prohibition on charging interest (which may be done, but only to the out-groups), but the consumption of blood is not one of them.
