Polytheistic Origins of Christianity/Judaism

I found this video interesting, educational, thought-provoking, and well done.

It seems as if he has done some research, I'm curious to hear what you guys think. Did you enjoy it? I'm curious if you have criticisms and sources with those criticisms. To me, his arguments (quotes) from the bible make sense with what the video claims.

Well, I watched a few minutes of it. I guess that most religions have some kind of creation myth, you'd need that stuff really, and everyone knows that religions often stole stuff from the previous ones, I mean original ideas are hard to come by, just ask the movie industry. Maybe you've just got sequels here, each one worse than the last, as they usually are. Maybe that's what religion is, Hollywood in search of a good story.

I've seen that video too. It's interesting, and shows that there's really nothing unique about this mythology from other myths. Using sources outside the bible, we can actually figure out the origin of Yahweh, and why he only showed up a few thousand years ago.
