Yes there are doctors saying this was a stupid idea.
Safe bet they didn't vote for the guy.
It was also reported that his doctors said it was safe as long as PPE procrdures were followed.
Another safe bet - those doctors DID vote for him.

Considering that the Secret Service guys routinely HAVE to have contact with the guy anyway - I really don't see where a car ride - with him isolated in the back of a heavilly armored limo (which is fitted for biological and chemical attack) is much of, or even ANY increase in risk to SS personnel....
