I am willing to bet that a bunch of his party loyalists (minions, Trumpettes, brainwashed morons - choose your designator) are camped outside Walter Reid - hoping for a glimpse of the king..... Err .. president....

I would also expect that the press is also there in abundance in case there's a riot....errrrr... protest there.....
