I wanted to give this Doctor credit, but some things I do know having taken care of my elderly mother, MONEY, always has the hospital push people out sooner than later, it saves the insurance companies money, and in his case, it wouldn't be the President's insurance, but the liability insurance of the hospital and doctor and a lawsuit. I had a couple of times in my mother's hospital stay's where they wanted to push her out sooner than when I knew she was ready. Having been her only caretaker at home, I knew what a piece of rubber she could be with the drugs they put her on, and that she was more likely to listen to the hospital staff than me, because she is independent and I am the son.
In Trump's case, it could be, he didn't want to go in in the first place, but went because people in the WH finely put their foot down. It could be that as soon as he got in, he the doctors saw that he wasn't going to listen to them and are kicking him out sooner to avoid a lawsuit.
I think today's update should have been the Doctor saying, " He wants to be a dumbass, he isn't listening to shit we say, but since we want to keep our jobs so we can help others, we will act like everything is ok."
My bet is that Trump WILL NOT follow isolation recommendations even when he gets back to the WH.
My late mother was stubborn herself. Unlike Trump though, if she thought she was hurting others beyond her own personal risk, she would listen.
If my Mom were President, and not this asshole, she'd fuss about having to go to the Hospital, she'd give the staff a hard time about not being able to do this or that on her own. But I know her well enough, if it were a virus, and not her operations, and they said, "Mrs Brian's Mom, if you go home now, you could give this virus to Brian." She'd have stayed in the hospital to protect me.
I think the reality is that Trump is selfish, and the Doctor's and Hospital are saying, "You're on your own." to avoid a lawsuit.
