Don't get me wrong. I'm quite happy with the state of democracy in my country, the 'Republicans' can get fekked and eat bags of d!cks.
I would, however, like better accounabilty within the system. Jus' sayin'.

People obviously need to wait until Kate Middleton becomes the queen because she'll definitely bring order into the church of England.
She's the figurehead of the C o E but takes no active role in its governance - any more than she does in running the UK Government or the various Commonwealth countries of which she is head of state.
