Not sure if it really matters, though. I don’t think the case can be made that right-wing domestic terrorists are any more or less acceptable than those from the left.

Antifa isn't a terrorist organization in the first place.  This is the creeping infection of the current moment.  

If we're comparing antifa to right wing domestic terrorists, then, yes, antifa is absolutely more acceptable than that.

I never said they were. But conspiracy to kidnap for political gains is a terrorist act. If an antifa member was involved in this, he’s a terrorist. Doesn’t mean the loosely defined group called antifa is a terrorist organization.

I don’t see how it is more acceptable for an antifa member to try and kidnap an elected official than it is for one of the right-wing wombats to do it.
