Vaush's video hypothesised it was for blackmail purposes. Given how A) Claudia has been known for dissenting against her parents, B) said parents have been shown to be abusive pieces of shit via several other videos, and C) given that Kellyanne helped guide the clusterfuck that was Trump Administration, she's likely not the type of person who tends to think shit like this through (like that posting a topless pic of your underaged daughter is far more likely to effect your reputation than hers), frankly, it fits.

If this is true, I'm reminded of "Shut Up and Dance," the Black Mirror episode where the kid has to do some shit to keep video of him jacking off from going online. The first time I watched it, I found myself saying "just let it fucking leak," since, for all we know, it'd be confirming that he does something literally all teenage boys do (unless, of course, they're asexual) and that distributing the video would probably be a worse crime than the actual act (what with him being a kid who can't even legally drive yet)... and then we find out just what it was he was jacking off to...
