There’s a way round that - expel them for violating their oath. If these yammerheads are going to to flagrantly publicly disregard an oath to be impartial, how can they be expected to uphold an oath to be a Senator? Oath breaking and malfeasance should be sufficient to boot them.

Hard to have a fair trial when half of the jurors are co-conspirators.
