Well, logically, atheists cannot really hate something that they think is non-existent.
However, blasphemy takes on many forms and shapes...
Like if they deny that the holy spirit exists, would they be actually blaspheming against it?
Or would simple idol worship, having other gods besides Jahweh also constitute blasphemy? Because those people also do not acknowledge the existence of the holy spirit since they don't believe in it in the first place, which would make conversion really a moot, and impossible.
