Doesn't specify any particular firearm. Womp womp. "Weapon ownership" my ass. It doesn't say knives, it doesn't say an axe, it doesn't say a bat.
If you want to refer to some right that might allow you to put a goddamned vulcan on your truck...it's the 9th implicitly, not the 2nd explicitly. Not any bit about weapons..a bit about rights not enumerated. It's a place that reasonable people could actually follow you to - even if they didn't like the idea of you with a tech rolling around Redneckistan. Provided that you satisfy reasonable criteria applicable to any right, then there should be no reason that you can't have your cannon. Pay the fees, get the license, register your shit, subject to spot checks, and a ship to shore gun could be yours!
There's nothing that shoots in the us that you can't have if you meet the same reasonable criteria that any other thing and any other right is subject to - and, if we pay you any attention - no reason that you wouldn't qualify for the license. If you like to out yourself as a violent felon advocating for the personal and unrestricted ownership of tnb artillery - do so now.
Absent that, you and I share a desire to justify the private ownership of a nuke and a harrier - but it's just not in that dead, dead document. We'd have to lobby for an amendment. The constitution may guarantee us a right to a shotgun, but that's been tried before.

I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!
