I'm starting to suspect that the constitution doesn't actually protect your rights to a firearm, handheld or otherwise. You playing with a full deck? Are you concerned about your ability to qualify?

That's what you're asserting. A right to unqualified possession. There is no such right.

Yeah, if I'm interpreting this thread from a couple weeks ago accurately (and I'm not sure such a thing is even possible when it comes to Biker), he seems to be okay with possession of pipe bombs (at least, assuming that they're incompetently constructed and that the bomb squad disarms them before they detonate.)
