Um actually his brother reported to news media that he had been bullied in school for being a Muslim.
But that doesn't matter to me, I have long since stopped giving a shit about motive, or race or religion or politics or mental illness. These events happen because firearms are too easy to get and our vetting process sucks.
Not caring about the motives or causes behind mass shootings is simply stupid. You'll never stop or appreciably lessen them just by focusing on guns availability and vetting.
If someone wants to kill a bunch of people, making guns harder to get won't stop them. If someone doesn't want to kill a bunch of people, giving them all the guns in the world won't make them.
