I take my ass into work every day and listen to people's problems. I advocate for them, comfort them, and if I can't help them, I see to it that they get the help that they need. I'm living in the real world, buddy. What the fuck are you doing to help people with your knowledge that you founded at a scam artist's seminar? You don't have a degree to show for it, so you can't help people. All you can do is sit around and bitch about things. OR- you can charge people an obscene amount of money to give your own seminar about this bullshit, because taking people's cash in exchange for blowing smoke up their asses shows you really understand them, and want to help them so much.
You obviously have no concept of how the real world works.

You're a fucking deluded bitch, try teaching this method to them, get them to write journals about their events and identify the core beliefs that are perpetuating the emotions and behaviour that they experience. Get the fuck over yourself. You label people as irrational arbitrarily, you don't apply any logic or reason to your posts.

People like you are making it impossible for them to get the help they actually need and are trying to make them falsely believe that a change of attitude is all they need to feel better. That might work for some pissy teenager whose parents took away the credit card when his grades slipped below average, but it doesn't work for people with serious mental illness.
Saying cheer up to someone with depression is like saying get well soon to a person with terminal cancer.
I was clinically depressed since the age of 12, I've taken numerous antidepressants throughout my life, visited dozens of psychologists, none of it ever helped me. This method is proven to work, and it will change the way people perceive themselves and others in their lives.
Honestly, you give these people no hope whatsoever.
Are you people even reading my posts?
