Vegan couple banned from owning pets

Thank Hastur. I did not realize it was possible to ban people from owning pets. Good to know they won't be able to inflict their foolishness onto innocent creatures anymore.

They don’t have animal cruelty laws where you’re from? Are you Cuban, by any chance? I know (via some deeply disturbing Internet drama) they didn’t have any animal welfare laws until alarmingly recently.

Also, IMHO, that vegan couple got off easy. I strongly believe that anyone dumb enough to raise a carnivorous animal as a vegetarian should have ended up like this (warning: really dark and gruesome humor ahead):
