Actually, I’d think sales would be the problem. That’s how they get in the hands of people who can’t properly handle the responsibility. And that’s probably where gun control laws would help.

What' s this law that predicts future behavior?
Every law that they seem to come up with is aimed squarely at the people who buy their guns legally and for the most part - are not the problem.
What is the point of making the law abiding folks fill out the same paperwork over and over - for every gun they purchase?
How many billion man hours do you have to waste before you realize you have not done ANYTHING to stop gun violence?

And I'm not even certain anything can actually be done about our toxic gun culture.
The toxicity us in the anti gun camp - where they seek to eliminate all firearms through backdoor methodology - to make it too expensive andvtoo inconvenient to own firearms - all the while loudly proclaiming "nobody is going to take away your guns"...
