Harry Reid very recently said most of the evidence hasn't seen the light of day. Is he lying? Merely a nutbar? Is he a part of the biggest psychological operation maybe of all time, conspiring with governments, media, the navy, some top scientists, etc to fool the gullible populace into thinking uap is real extraordinary phenomena?
