For the record, the "Space Force" already exists. It's just different pieces of the Air Force. My eldest son works on KC-130s, and he's in the "Space Force".

It's basically USAF Space Command re-branded. And I know from personal experience that Space Command was almost entirely about satellites.

It is USAF space command, but over burdened with a vastly expanded overhead, including an entire new top down command hierarchy, uniformed and civilian bureaucracy, its own separate and likely duplicate supply chain, it’s own service academy and, hilariously, reserve .

it is like a service that can’t get worse in terms of waste and inefficiency, pork barrel funding, politically motivated acquisition, as examplified by the monstrous F-35 program,   given a second chance to get worse and told to get worse or else.
