so any ties to land are neglible as those alive today were children then. 

The bottom line palestinian land was not taken by the americans or the jews. they lost their land in 1517 to the ottomans and the ottoman empire. before then they occupied the east bank of the jordan river just like they do now. then in 1517 they lost their lands to the ottomans who kept their land and israel till after WWI in 1918! where it fell under british rule as a colony! so again no lands unlike the ignorant scotsman claimed. So from 18 to 1948 these were british held lands and governed by british authority. who allowed both arabs and jews to live there side by side. which triggered several disputes till the end of WWII when it was officially decided to redivide the land as it was before the ottomans took over in 1517 giving the jews the land west of the river jordan to the sea of galilee and the palestinians the lands tot he east.

Not only are there Jews who are not Israelis, there are Israelis who are not Jewish (most of them are called ‘Palestinians).

History aside, the state of things in Isreal in the present day is one of apartheid, and there is no coherent argument that it isn’t.

The man in the video is Irish, not Scottish. What he is referring to is ‘the right of return’. It sounds good in theory (and is actually a different animal than citizenship), but the Israelis don’t apply it evenly (re: Uganda). What he is arguing is that Israeli Muslims are treated as second-class citizens, the very definition of apartheid.
