I don't think many psychologists or neuroscientists hold the view that the mind is immutable or that any one aspect of it is sacred to your being. The brain is known to change with experience, and even genetic effects are not unmodifiable.
You are mixing an ethical question with a clinical/scientific one. Without a doubt your gender identity can be changed with varying degrees of efficacy, and by default it is a solution to dysphoria. Whether or not you personally think it is ethical to do so is a different question. I don't agree that there is anything inherently unethical about it. But what I disagree with is your use of force and stigmatization to strawman the argument.
