Not the point. They were fighting to keep a oppressive state. They were heros to their cause from their point of view. My point is that if Madison claims he values our Constitution, then why is he suggesting he take up arms against his fellow citizens? He is advocating sedition and it is no different than what Jefferson Davis did.
He is falsely claiming to be the victim, the oppressed because sometimes the GOP doesn't win. Not winning elections all the time is no justification to overthrow elections or to start a civil war.
His argument is basically, if our enemies can fight a big government with jets and and army, so can he. So he is equating liberals to Communists. And that is a bullshit slur, and vile and sick.
