You should take responsibility of your actions and admit that "Islam had a point" when it forced constraints on having sex.
In a "moment" of passion"  people lose control" and hormones take over !. Wake up; bastard children without families to sponsor or support are everywhere. All you had to do to avoid that mess is to "sign a contract with your mate"!

You said earlier that people can't be trusted with pills or condoms. What makes you think these same people will abide by a contract?

Contracts are more efficient and stronger in nature. Even countries and states abide to contracts that include penalties on breaking the conditions agreed on.

A third unbiased party - like a government- will keep the the contract's laws active .

The contracts you have today about marriage are not "serious at all", actually they are made "ceremonial" in nature and government don't take them seriously -evidence is that sex is allowed without a contract in most countries-.

Generating newborns is made cheap; and a contract to "state that it isn't a cheap deed" is actually fought by many people who refuse to see that it causes "new souls" to be generated out of thin air.

Maybe generating "cash" out of thin air is a big issue to you, but generating "living human souls" is never an issue.
