I don’t know that the rule was in place then, but you’d likely have run afoul of it in that thread if it were, sure.
Reminds me of a news of the weird story where a man called the cops asking why he wasn’t arrested in the raid. What raid, for what, he was asked. Turns out there’d been no raid, but armed with that strange question they did end up nabbing him on meth and a bunch of other stuff shortly thereafter.
