Whatever the reason is that this suit has been filed...the truth of it is that the young man's naked image is out there for all to see and at the time the picture was taken and originally distributed, it's pretty obvious that he didn't have a say in the matter.
I certainly cannot judge how having his image out there for anyone and everyone to see has affected him.
Why did he wait till now? Maybe it is for money or maybe there's a reason we aren't privy to at this time.
