ISIS is the CIA's proxy; no doubt.
I always repeated here -for years actually- that the only goal for this proxy is to give America the proper "cause" to remain and interfere in other countries.
Even Osama Bin Laden -the dog-, the father of ISIS and the spirit soul of this CIA proxy, their agent who almost brought down the Taliban:

The USA military is back to its terrorism in Afghanistan; it couldn't even wait for 1 week. If they can't beat the Taliban popularity; they'll commit terrorism via their proxy called ISIS to give themselves the justification to keep the terrorism.
