Nobody gave the U.S permission to conduct airstrikes in a country their army was officially kicked out from. Any military actions should and must happen under the surveillance and observing of the official government of Afghanistan.
Let's not forget here that the U.S army is a defeated, invading power that owes Afghanistan Billions -if not Trillions- of War Reparations.
